The hotel's location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. The rooms were spotless, even though mine was a bit small without a view, but not a big deal considering the price paid. The service, especially from housekeeping, was top-notch. However, the dining experience left something to be desired as they didn't quite meet my breakfast requests. Overall, a place I'd recommend and consider staying again on my next trip to Liverpool.

The rooms were absolutely spotless, though mine was quite small without a view, which wasn't a major issue given the price. They were very dark in the morning, but the blackout curtains were of good quality.

The location was perfect, halfway between Albert Dock and Liverpool One, so convenient for all attractions and amenities. Right in the middle of the city center with everything within walking distance, including Christmas markets, restaurants, bars, shopping, and even Lime Street Train Station.

The dining experience had its moments, like being left breakfast outside the door with fruit, water, and a muffin, but they didn't quite get my cooked breakfast order right. Nevertheless, the food was nice, though we had to keep asking for it to be replenished.
